Hello, I'm Andrew. I've learned a great deal about personal growth. My earlier career spanned recruitment, education, sales, tennis coaching, and training as a Naval diver. This varied experience, coupled with the transformative power of coaching (both receiving and giving), has led me to a place of genuine fulfilment. I understand that navigating life's direction can be challenging, as I once felt pretty lost and without a vision of a better future. I'm now in my late forties so am in the fortunate position of being able to use my experience to help younger clients, but am old enough to empathise with older clients too.
I used to burn the candle at both ends, so I know what it’s like to put your health and wellbeing on the back burner. These days, I use that experience to help others who might be stuck in similar patterns. Whether you’re trying to make better choices or just need someone to hold you accountable and keep you on track, I’m here to support you in making positive, lasting changes.
I'm originally from Edinburgh so that should explain the picture on the home page. I now live with my wife, son and dog in Hertfordshire.

I plan to study an MSc in Positive Psychology in the coming months.
People do better when they have someone to talk to. That’s especially true for men, who are often feel like they have to figure things out on their own.
I’m not here to sell you the dream of a six (or seven!) figure income or tell you how to "crush your goals" in 30 days. That’s just not me. What I am here for is helping real people, whether you’re picking yourself up after a tough time, trying to find direction, or just figuring out what a good life looks like for you.
For some people, success means getting a job or building a social life. For others, it’s feeling a bit more in control or a bit less anxious. I’ve worked with people from all walks of life, and no matter where you're starting from, I’ll meet you there with respect, patience, and probably a bit of a laugh along the way. (Humour helps. A lot.)
I’m known for being warm and easy to talk to, but I’ll also be straight with you when you need a wake up call. If something needs saying, I’ll say it — kindly, but clearly.
This isn’t a sales pitch. It’s just me, doing what I care about: helping people find their feet, feel better, and move forward, whatever that looks like.
